I have received all three forms of this product (Switch, PS4, Xbox) and despite updating to the latest firmware all three have the same issue. There are no problems with the connection at first and it works perfectly. until he accidentally decides not to answer anymore. All three adapters have the same problem: the controller stops responding, but the system doesn't realize that the connection is lost, so it just keeps playing even though it doesn't respond to any input. I have contacted support several times and received no response. I have a Brook PS2-PS4 adapter that works great but I don't recommend it. Try Mayflash instead.
