I bought a full size bag for the first time. It came quickly as promised. My wife called to ask how it was when she heard it had arrived. My exact answer was "very nondescript". This was because the foam had not yet expanded. After waiting a few days, my opinion completely changed. The padding has expanded and now my kids love the bag. We've even had guests use it as a mattress. They were impressed. Obviously it wasn't the most comfortable bed they had, but it worked great for a couple of nights. We loved it so much that I decided to buy a second one. This time I bought a queen size bag confident we will be delighted. However, it has been almost 48 hours and the foam still hasn't expanded much. The foam was lumpier than a large bed and much harder to break. It has been compressed into sheets (not folded into a cube like in the video) so tightly that the sheets will not fall apart. Even when "massaged," as their videos show, the foam doesn't break down. After almost 2 days, my full size bag is bigger, fuller and has significantly more support than a queen size bag. It cannot be used as a bed. It lies so flat you would be lying on the floor. And the lumps that remain are so uncomfortable that you can never sleep anyway. I read many reviews about needing more filling. I'm honestly very shocked that with so many complaints of insufficient filling, this continues to be an issue. You would think that the company would automatically decide to revise the bag capacity and fix the problem. However, I don't need more for a full bag. It was perfect. But the queen's pouch is clearly not filled enough. Another issue is that the inner lining of these two bags is quite different. I will attach pictures. The full size bag has the liner you see in the photos with the company logo. A queen-size bag has some sort of generic lining that sounds like a parachute rubbing when you move it. Maybe it was an earlier version they had in stock? You will never be able to sleep on the bed as the liner is very noisy. Again, I'm not sure why the inner sack should be changed from a full bag to a queen sized bag, but a queen sized bag is terrible in comparison. It's sad that the quality of the product has changed so much from a full bag to a queen size bag. I had luvsac and even found the full version better than luvsac. But the queen size cost more money and was a significantly different (and inferior) product. I've heard their customer service is fantastic so I'm going to test it out by giving the bag another day or two just to be sure. I will update my review after speaking to them. In my opinion he will definitely need a new liner, but most likely a new liner and fill. In the photo far left, uterus on the right. Photos don't convey the real "lump" of the queen. If you look at the label on the balaclava, the full size says it's an 80/20 polyester/cotton blend, while the queen says it's a 65/35 blend. Poly/cotton blend. Surprising as you would expect the one with more poly to be louder, but the opposite is true. The Queen Liner is very noisy. UPDATE: I called the company to find out how to resolve issues with the Queen bag I received. I was thrilled to see that their customer service was as impressive as the rest. FAIL. I called and got an answering machine or voicemail asking me to leave my name and phone number and they would call you back asap. I left my name, phone number and a brief description of my problem. That was almost two weeks ago. No reply yet and I was too busy to call them again. I changed my rating to one star because the customer service, or lack thereof, was as nondescript as the product. I will keep trying to contact them and will update the review as soon as I hear from them. Until then, I honestly can't recommend this product to anyone. LATEST UPDATE: I finally have time to contact the support team again. I had to leave a message again. This time, however, I got a call back from Steph the very next day. She was amazing and just as impressive as other reviewers have mentioned. After giving her a brief description of the problem, she gave me her email address, asked for an Amazon order number, and then sent a brand new queen size bag (no lid as the old lid is perfect). Yesterday came a new "insert" as they are called. I felt the difference as soon as I opened the box. Within 5 minutes of opening the box, the bag was already fuller and "downier" than the one that's now a few months old. I can already say we will like it, as will the full size. Also, the liner is now exactly the same as the liner that was on the full-size bag. This is a much better liner. Steph said they have a few different earbuds that they use. Not sure why. Brown is way better than the others. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the brown ones are newer and sometimes you get one of the older ones from their stock. In any case, the new bag looks just as impressive as the big one. Stephen was amazing. Loved the ease of working with her and the company's clear commitment to quality and delivering a memorable customer experience. You made us fans again. Now I'm looking forward to buying some pillows from them. The rating has been updated to 3 stars. I couldn't go any further just because it took me multiple phone calls to get in touch with the company and also the fact that the quality of the first queen bag sent was much worse than the quality of the full bag and the second queen bag . If the second Queen Bag was sent for the first time, it would be a five star rating.
