Dry product that also flakes off when the stick is pulled out
They're dry and none of them. I mean that each of them is dry. I didn't dare apply the lashes after doing a test sample on my hand and having flakes of how dry they flew out of the tube when I pulled the wand out. I do video reviews of products and unfortunately this video would be brutally honest full of negativity and when I opened the first video I knew this product would get 1 star.
