Inevitably, laptop power supplies get lost or break. It would be ridiculous not to be able to use a $1,000 laptop (even for a day) because of the lack of a sub-$15 AC adapter. So we always make sure we always have a backup power supply for every laptop we own. This has saved us from homework or office appointments more than once. The performance of this charger is excellent. Plug fits as expected. Only time will tell if this charger will last. Four stars as it appears to be feature free with no flaws. I recommend it.
