I really wanted to like this crossbody cell phone purse, as the idea of being able to securely use your cell phone without removing it from your purse is a great idea! Less worries about dropping your phone, forgetting it somewhere and helps keep it clean. My iPhone 11 fit in the clear portion and the touchscreen did work.However, I felt the overall purse size was a bit too small for me or maybe I have too many cards. And maybe because it was so brand new, the credit cards were so hard to pull out of their slots.And when you use every card slot, put some cash, add your phone to the clear panel access side it seems that there isn't enough room to put sunglass or eyeglass case and maybe an extra face mask on the opposite side pouch. Also would have liked to have a pen or pencil holder or space, but if you've filled the wallet, it's difficult to fit a pen in the section near the credit cards. You'd have to put it in the other section or outer pouch.It was very difficult to put a few items like that into that side pouch. Plus it wouldn't snap securely which kind of defeats the purpose of not losing things! And maybe mine had a slight defect but the zipper would "skip" occasionally so I decided to return it in case it got worse and past the return deadline.So if it were probably just a bit larger and the quality control improved, it would be a good purse to use, especially on vacation when you want your hands free and not worrying about holding or losing your phone. Not sure if I would completely trust the provided shoulder strap and would have replaced it with a stronger, slash proof strap if traveling in a high purse snatching area on vacation.
