For the money I would absolutely buy I would recommend taking the soles out and putting in my own arches. Apart from that, it is absolutely worth the money. I use them at home and for business. The rubber tread on the underside is cheap and I would expect you to be able to live off it for a year at most with heavy use. I would recommend a cheap home/travel shoe if you add your own arch support.
