My husband finds these socks much more comfortable than his usual dress socks. He has sweaty feet, and says these socks wick moisture away as well as his thick wool hiking socks. They are not itchy (though to be fair, he is not usually sensitive to wool), and have good stretch (without losing their shape). My husband wears a US men's size 13 shoe (he has thin medium width feet), and these socks fit him comfortably. The length is standard dress sock, about mid-calf. I ordered the "mix-color2" option, which are true deep black, with shades of gray on the patterned socks, true to the description photos.Overall, these are comfortable, nice quality socks that my husband likes to wear. I would not hesitate to order these socks again.
