this type of NVR is the home security system of the future

It has been over a year since I switched from older NVR systems to newer ones like this Wosecu brand. I ordered this Wosecu device based on the good performance of another branded device that I have used. I'm very happy that it works just as well, if not a little better than what I've been using. I still use my wired DVR, but only for two of the ten cameras currently in use. By hardware connection I mean a device that requires an Ethernet or coaxial cable from the camera to the NVR. There's a cable that works for everyone. Because the genius thing about this type of camera setup is that it's pre-synced, so you literally get an authentic plug-and-play experience. To give you an example of how much cable this device saves, I had to run 20 feet of Ethernet cable. with my old school device versus this wireless option. There are range limitations, but I haven't had any connectivity issues. Due to range limitations, this device is more suitable for residential applications. I live in an apartment on the first floor and all four cameras are placed throughout the house. The two cameras farthest from the NVR are one lane away from the wireless signal. This is great news as I still have about five bars covering the additional distance which I think could double from where it is right now. When I say wireless connection, I don't mean Wii Fii connection as it isn't required unless you're trying to track activity when you're away from home. What's probably the best thing about this device, aside from the hard drive, is its simplicity. operations. When trying to find activity on a camera, scroll through the camera with a colored line that shows you each time the motion detector detects motion. With external cameras, it can get a bit tedious due to the motion detection, which always detects something. Regarding the interior shots, I was able to find out in about 3 minutes who left the front door to my apartment complex unlocked - I'm talking about the mailbox door, which is always unlocked. I just had to find the colored bar and click on it. With external cameras (if you choose to place them outdoors), a busy road looks more like a straight line within the color bar display due to constant activity. It just adds a few extra minutes to the search when trying to extract footage. I've developed my own ability to spot things like a delivery truck or a mail truck by knowing its proximity at the time of delivery. For example, if you go for a run, during that activity you will receive a notification that the package has been delivered. For example, if you arrive and the package is damaged, you will know when to start searching the NVR search area. You can then check if the package has been deleted or something similar. I love how you can connect this device and immediately after a few minutes all the cameras are working. I've fiddled around with wired devices seriously and endlessly, to the point where I bought a whole bag of cameras but never used them because they couldn't sync. I can't stress enough the benefits of not having to worry about pairing or ordering a compatible camera. Of course, if you want to expand this four-camera setup, you'll either need to order another one, or connect an extra one if the style of NVR you're buying allows for it. The operating system is mostly self-explanatory, and I don't yet know how to read the instructions other than closing the security details. I love the night vision and would go as far as to say it picks up fine details better than during the day. This can be seen from what I placed in the back across from my garage. I could see the groundhog moving which was funny. If you're lucky, the spider will build a web on top of the camera, which is always fun. In summary, I am very satisfied with this device and the cameras and can recommend it.
