I liked that it was easy to navigate through all of their offerings with ease! The customer service team were always willing for us to have another look at something we had previously requested or even sent them an email when unsure about what they offered - this helped keep our relationship really strong as well. We did not like how some sections seemed clunky from time-to-time (especially if you are new). If there's one thing which could be improved then its probably user friendliness/usability across multiple platforms e.g desktop computer etc would help people get better insights into products available e.t.c.
