Lightweight, great for layering
I bought this on a bargain at only $15! It's excellent and definitely waterproof. It has zip pockets on the sides and you can tighten the sweatshirt to keep it from blowing away. It came in handy when it rained and I am very happy with this purchase. It's not too loud, I'm a large size and it's great to wear over a sweater.
