I was so happy to get this shelf; it looks cool and I had the perfect spot for it. It took me some time to get used to my new tools, so I sat down and followed the instructions to put all the boards together. When I set up a shelf for the first time, I was satisfied. I leaned it against the wall and found it didn't line up with the corners even though the boards were level when assembled. It disappointed me, but I still wanted to try it. The marker I was trying to use didn't hit the wall through the center holes for me to mark the room properly, so I went to put up a shelf and grab a thin pencil. Guess what happened?! The shelf broke halfway around the screws before I could put it on the bed. Now it's not just uneven, it's broken! This shelf is flimsy and I am very upset that I wasted my time and money on this. Very unfortunate; it looked really cool.
