My son suffered from very severe eczema between the ages of 2 and 5 months. I spent a lot of money trying many different products. This is the first soap I've used on him that does NOT make his eczema worse and helps keep it at bay. Recently I even started to believe that his eczema was gone. One night his grandmother watched him and accidentally used a different soap. The next day I noticed the flair. I'm not going to say it will cure or help every baby's eczema because skin is very different. I needed to relieve my son's condition without using a cream containing steroids. This baby soap has really helped my son (along with the Burt's Bees Buttermilk Lotion) and I really hope it helps with other types of eczema too.
