Review on CHRS Interactive by Robert Pearson

I liked the fact that the designer could work in parallel. My project was too big for my freelancer to understand, but CHRS was very responsive and willing to provide as much assistance as I needed. They do a great job of managing the project, even though I wasn't always able to monitor the project myself. I felt they were very transparent as far as communication, and they didn't try to nickel-and-dime me with additional services, as other freelancers have in the past. I think they have a great process of working with clients, and that was really helpful when I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted. I liked that they gave me options. I wanted a site that could perform well in SEO, but still be simple enough so I didn't lose visitors when people looked at the site through mobile devices. Their flexibility made it possible for me to get results I was looking for, including getting traffic from Google searches for my business. I like that we are able to customize our own site, with what we want (design template). It's easy for clients to navigate through their account. The only thing is sometimes it needs time to load, but overall great. We have been working with Chris since 2013 when he did my first web presence project. He has always gone above and beyond his duties as an employee at CHRS. His creativity never fails!
