Let me first say that I am looking for an upgrade for my M50. Received this in a plastic bag, apparently with all new accessories included. It appeared to be in good condition and there was only one small scratch that indicated it needed repairs. When first turned on it worked great. It had a clear sound and a very long range (well over 100 feet so I wanted to upgrade it). The battery lasted about a week, while my M50 would have lasted 3 weeks with the same usage. I booked it back and then the problems started. After several uses, it started making a loud noise that could be heard from both ends of the line. The range also seemed to deteriorate to the point where you need to be in the same room as the phone. I must also say that it is not at all comfortable to wear. It comes with three eartips designed to hold it in your ear and a clip to wear over your ear. Maybe my ears are oddly shaped or something because I couldn't find a size that would hold the earbud securely in my ear. The only thing missing was a round earcup for use with the On-Clip, so I tried the smallest inner clip, one with the On-Clip, but two seemed to push in opposite directions, causing pain after just a few minutes . I returned this headset and will probably not try any other "refurbished product". If someone else returned it, they probably did because there was something wrong with it, and I don't think a thorough cleaning and quick test counts as "updated", more like an open box.
