In theory this is a really cool device as you can work on your computer and FaceTime at the same time or get text on the phone screen for reference at the work on the computer. The problem is that I have an iPhone XS Max and it won't stick to the magnet - any movement and it falls off (especially when it's plugged in because it adds a bit of traction). Although the holder is adjustable, it sticks out where I placed it, so I can't put it in my laptop bag. I'm concerned about having a magnet directly on my computer - I don't know if there's a risk of data loss, but since it's a sticker you can't remove it once it's applied without losing its grip. Glue. Physically it's very solid and seems to last a long time, but in the end I think it's more practical to mount the phone on a desktop monitor.
