It's definitely leather and well made. They match the leather well on all panels, the stitching is very easy, the bag is well constructed, the lining is well made as is the look of the bag. The skin is somewhat thin but well colored, with a pleasing grain and softness. The style is quite simple but kinda cute retro. I think it has a hippie/boho feel to it. The strap is comfortable. The braid can occasionally rub against each other and make a little noise, but that's okay. The wallet is a bit deep and it can be a bit difficult for me to get all the way down. It looks great with boho clothing and jeans.
