I HIGHLY recommend this seat cushion. I'm an administrator and sit most of the day. I had back and neck problems from a car accident and sitting only makes it worse. About 6 months ago I started getting shooting pains from my left hip down the sides of my leg and even worse sharp shooting pains just below my right hip joint down the back of my leg. problems with sciatica. :( Visiting a chiropractor and starting yoga classes helped a lot.
