These in-ear headphones were a big disappointment. They worked great initially, sounded great and seemed to have good battery life given their size + charging in their case is excellent. After a few uses I noticed that they would intermittently fall out when using them for walking, exercising or other movement and seemed to get worse with each use. Initially I was able to solve this problem by holding the phone in my hand instead of putting it in my pocket, now on the top it keeps crashing every few seconds and at least 2-3 times a minute no matter what I'm doing. As an added bonus, the mics don't work at all, which I was somewhat expecting. Others on the conference call said it sounded like I was covering my face with a pillow as I spoke. If I hadn't already thrown away the packaging I would definitely send it back.
