UPDATE: 2 months in, still loving this pillow.My last pillow was an extra firm batting. It developed a wrinkle and it was starting to be uneven. I thought a memory foam pillow would be a good replacement. The Langria is really heavy for its size. It arrived rolled in a small bag. It took a couple hours for the memory foam to puff back up and reach full size. The case is zippered and contains a second zippered seam. You can pull out memory foam pieces to reach the height that feels best for you. I didn't need to remove any. I side sleep or back sleep and I feel very comfortable in either position.
