The ease of use is one of its best attributes.

It's simple to register domains without any hassle or stress! Nothing really stands out as being bad about it but I do wish that they added some options in their interface for advanced users. A lot of people are not familiar with how easy this service makes registering domains so we had a hard time getting them onboarded at first. They're very friendly however and have been able to help us get our business up and running quickly once they understood what we were trying to achieve (which was basically just making things easier).
