Review on ๐Ÿงน Bissell Commercial BigGreen BGFS650 Hercules Scrub and Clean Floor Machine: Powerful Green Cleaning Solution by Christopher Bacho

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Better than getting on all fours and cleaning the floor yourself

I purchased this Bissell Big Green "Commercial" scrubber drier as part of an open Revain Warehouse deal. The box arrived in pretty bad shape but it looks like all the parts arrived in it, at least all the parts I took care of. The PROSMachine was fairly easy to assemble, no manual was required for assembly. The machine is also fairly light so taking it out of the box and putting it back together was a breeze. I went for the tankless option because I had an old tanked one before and it didn't impress me at the time and didn't see the need to spend more than $$$ for a tanked version. A simple spray bottle of cleaning solution was all I needed. CONS - I used it this morning to do a good job of cleaning the tiles around the house and for the most part the machine cleaned the floor well enough. I say for the most part since the machine is light there wasn't much stress pressure on the cleaning brushes during operation. This caused the car to take a little longer to clear the extra dirt. The brushes did a good job on flat surfaces but struggled to get between tiles and clean grout. First, I didn't expect the machine to do this, but I secretly hoped it could. That doesn't mean he didn't remove some of the grout, but the areas he was able to get to were areas of the tile floor where the grout was more washed off the surface. There is a test report here that comments on the durability of the machines. I'll try to remember to update this post if anything happens in the next few months. An old Bissell mop I had years ago lasted about 2 years before it broke, we'll see how long this one lasts. getting on their hands and knees to do the work themselves. It's not a true commercial scrubber, but it's still decent enough that I'd recommend it to others with similar needs.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Long wait
