Review on Pack of 2 Covergirl Perfect Point Plus Self-Sharpening Eyeliner Pencil in White Out (Packaging May Vary) by Michelle Wright

Usually this is my favorite eyeliner so of course I want white so I'm buying it in this one! NOT CORRECT. It's not white white. It doesn't go in smoothly, breaks every time you try to put it on, it's totally transparent. I tried without anything, with shadows, just a primer, I shoot, I tried on my hand. It broke every time and because of this problem, it can't make a straight line. The formula sucks and I am so disappointed in this product. I opened the second one to make sure not only was it bad, but the second one was WORSE.
