In light of the fact that my wife had the more recent model wi-c200, I investigated this possibility because I could not find any drawbacks in them that were appropriate for the price that I was paying for them. It appeared like the earlier model was superior in every way. Nevertheless, as I continued to use it, I became aware that the connectivity with the gadget would break down after a relatively short distance. When I hold the unit with the music control in my hand and only noise remains in the headphones, there is no disconnect, and music continues to play on the device (accidental pause is excluded), I came across what I think is an obvious problem with the Bluetooth module in the headphones. According to the information provided by the retailer, products that fall into this category are not eligible for a refund and can only be taken to a service center for inspection. Yet, it appears to me that they would have been tested there in optimum conditions, and a conclusion that they are serviceable would have been rendered as a result of those tests. Nonetheless, the beneficiary was able to reach an agreement with regard to a refund without having to submit the matter to the SC. It is unfortunate that it is unknown whether the store returned the device to the shelf or submitted it to be analyzed. I've seen other reviews that say the same thing, so it's clear that there are issues with the Bluetooth connectivity on these devices. Take care to make the right decision.
