These are not really Rayovac batteries. The manufacturer is called EBL and they look the same as some replacement batteries I've tried before that were causing corrosion problems in my phone after only a few months. They've gotten generally good reviews, but be aware of what you're getting. I would say genuine Panasonic batteries are Tier 1, Rayovac are Tier 2 and these are Tier 3.
