I bought this for my wife as a gift, she opened it last night and the box was fine but the VR box was crushed and the goggle strap was in place where it was clean broken the strap hits the side piece of the goggles we never had a pair and were really looking forward to trying them out. To be honest it looked like what you would expect from a PlayStation, great quality. To top it off, the return period ended a week ago. So I threw it all away, a lot of money for nothing. (Update) I just noticed that my return window doesn't close until MAY 31st, not MARCH 31st like I thought it would. I misread it and threw it away. All I can say is it sucks loudly
