I like this keyboard. I wanted a wireless and clean setup and it suits my needs perfectly. We've been using them for over a year. My keyboard for everyday, gaming and work was interesting. By that I mean that my keys were quite hard and some keystrokes would stick when typing emails or documents. My friend's keyboard worked flawlessly and didn't miss a single keystroke. I recently bought a k100 keyboard that costs over $200 (make sure you have it on sale). This is the difference between day and night between k57. The k100 is incredibly responsive and doesn't require any pressure to register your keystrokes, while the k57 really wants you to press the keys harder. The noise level of the k57 is minimal compared to the k100. For an entry-level keyboard, the k57 is a good starting point, but test your keystrokes as you work. If you are on a higher budget I would recommend Razers keyboards or high end Corsair keyboards.
