Review on TrackTalents by Tim Blandin

I like that it's easy to use - you can check out candidates from any location using your phone or computer! It makes for quick interviews as well since we don't have many people come into our office anymore so this is great because they're able get their work done without having them travel back & forth between home/work environments.- There isn’t much customization when setting up an interview- no way really set reminders if someone hasn' t responded yet (unless emailing). We've been very happy about how fast tracktalent has grown over these past few years but there was nothing else i didn feel needed improvement other than maybe adding more fields per profile? But honestly not enough room at times either which could be solved by expanding profiles sizes etc.. The main thing here though would just being faster getting responses once hired instead waiting days sometimes weeks later before receiving feedback.
