Review on πŸ›οΈ Joovy Foocot: The Ultimate Portable Toddler Bed for Traveling - Vibrant Orange Design by Brittany Anderson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Light, simple and functional crib perfect for traveling with young children!

Our 2.5 year old son used to sleep in his crib, pack and play without wanting to get out, so we didn't bother converting it into a large crib. But he's not a little guy anymore and is getting too big to sleep and play in a backpack when we travel. He sleeps on the mat at school, but we're a little sick of getting him in a bed with no bars in a place that's not kid-safe. However, we ordered Joovy Foocot ahead of a weekend trip to visit friends and family. It seemed perfect - light, portable, comfortable, allows the child to get up off the hotel floor, etc. It comes in a zipped carry case with a strap to wear on the arm, and is about the size of a camp chair. Very easy! It unfolds easily and secures with a clip, and Boom! Do you have a crib! It is very strong and will not tip over when sitting on one end of the crib. We put a foam mat on top, a pillow and his blanket and everything was perfect. He was interested in the crib from the start! We told him it was a large baby crib and he lay down on it, refueled and slept on it all night with minimal gimmicks. The next day we folded it up and took it to my mom for a nap. We were skeptical that he would actually use it because we would leave the room and he would have the opportunity to protest sleep and just follow us. But no, as soon as we put him to bed, he slept on it for an hour and a half. No problem this evening either. We love this crib, how easy it is to transport/use and how comfortable it feels when he sleeps on it. I look forward to using it on many trips!
