This bandage keeps the cold for a long time (20-25 minutes), but you cannot walk. At best, you can trace your leg, but there's no crease. If you don't tie it tight enough you will walk around but the brace will fall off. not worth $. As many other reviewers have noted, the ice packs are too hard. A better technique would be to use smaller crystals/blisters/packets that would allow some movement/flexion of the knee.
