We use Raytech Green Media Triangles in the Raytech AV-75 Vibrating Massager to deburr the aluminum parts of our inertial nutcrackers that we make. The solution doesn't wash off well, so we had to buy a bench top dishwasher that attaches to the sink faucet. It seems easy enough to get a glass to deburr aluminum parts instead of hand sanding them. Then we had to buy the right carrier, then the solution, then the dishwasher. Everything was getting more and more complicated $$$ all at once. At the same time, the finishing of aluminum parts is worthwhile! We now have professionally smooth details.
