It amuses me that the word "WIKING" continues to appear in shaving products. The rest of the product is just great. The case is strong and should move well and withstand repeated falls. When I opened the container I wasn't sure about the smell but I just touched it with my finger and rubbed it with my thumb; the aroma is amazing after applying to the face; very masculine, elegant and sophisticated. Speaking of smooth, this stuff is extremely concentrated, and it only takes a little at the tip of the brush to create a thick, thick lather that fills your bowl. I use both the QSHAVE bucket and the SUPPLY marble bowl. I mix it up in a SUPPLY bowl and the texture along with the VIKINGS BLADE badger bristle brush I use just turns it into a thick, rich, full lather. She loves an amazing amount of water; If you don't have a good lather, you may not be getting enough water (which is a bit counterintuitive if you've used soap that required you to limit the amount of water). It also means you get a nice hot lather that feels amazing on your face. It rinses off easily and leaves a pleasant sandalwood scent. The ingredients are fantastic and leave my skin incredibly soft and supple all day long; It moisturizes your skin and leaves you feeling great. I want to make a balm or body gel with this fragrance! This is a great price too. There are many companies that sell things for (at least) $5 more. It outperforms The Art of Shaving Sandalwood in every way and is more than twice as good at a slightly lower price. I recommend 100%. I will 100% buy again. In fact, I even bought a few for my sons.
