Everything is fine. It is very difficult to reach for the ear. I have mine in a loop and behind my ear but now they are having connection issues and are not even 6 months old. They don't like staying in your ears, even for something as simple as walking. The blue tooth has a short range, so if you need to charge your phone, that's a problem. If you have them, as the manufacturer shows, Bluetooth calling is bad. The microphone is behind your ear and people have trouble understanding you. I had no problems with sender, delivery time and packaging. The battery costs the same as the headphones, so don't waste it.
