This bag was bought to replace (I thought) a bag of the same model that I bought many years ago. The stitching has come undone on one end of the old one's strap and I'm in the process of fixing it. Based on the description it was the same bag and I assume just today's version. It's not a bad bag unless you're replacing an old favorite. The old one's shoulder strap was made of two layers of the same fabric as the bag and had rotating, detachable hooks that connected to D-rings at each end of the bag. The new one has a thinner strap with nylon webbing. The front pocket closes instead of a zipper and the opening is oddly shaped. The back pocket is larger but has an open button (the button on the old one was hidden). The inner wallet pocket is almost the same, but the card slots appear slightly smaller/tight. The large "main bag" only has one zipped compartment while the old one has 2 and is smaller overall. Bottom line, I couldn't put everything in the new bag that was in the old bag, and I didn't like it either.
