Bought these for a morning walk so I could be seen better by cars in the dark. The main reason I chose these straps is because the description says they are fully adjustable from 8.6" to 20". Unfortunately, I've found that the maximum time they'll adjust without stretching is just over 13 inches. The only way to get 20 inches is to stretch them. They work well and the reflective strips are very bright when the light hits them, but I am disappointed that they are not as long as advertised and therefore not as easy to put on and take off when wearing a heavier coat.
