Review on Floe: Deliver Awesome SAP E-Mails by Calvin Reynolds
Very helpful software and great support!
It's very easy to use within our SAP system. The support is great too! Very flexible and customizable. I like that they have a lot of different templates available. For example, we are using it for sending out general emails as well as emails with attachments. For now, there isn't anything I dislike about this product. If I had any suggestions, it would be to make it possible to add additional fields such as a date field or a time field. We're trying to streamline our internal communications process. This software has been extremely helpful in doing so.
Pros
- Easy interface
- Simple setup.
- Ableto assign email recipients from user profile (not just account level)
- Multiple template options; can create new ones if needed
- Great way track who actually opened an attachment/clicked links etc
Cons
- No ability at present do not know why.
- Can get messy when you try t osend
