Review on πŸ›οΈ Graco Dream Suite Bassinet Mason - Optimized Size for Enhanced Searchability by Maricruz Cosentino

There are better options

This cradle is very practical as it has both a bed and a changing table. However, there are several glaring flaws. 1) Hood does not stay down. My son shows little to no interest in animals attached to him so I leave the canopy down. Since there's no way to hold it in place, it will bounce against things on the bottom shelf when flipped into changing table mode. 2) The bottom shelf is great for storage but is very thin. Everything kept falling. I fixed this by cutting the poster board to the correct size. 3) Changing from the bassinet to the changing table is quite easy, but changing back with one hand was very difficult. You must pull the trigger while keeping your thumb on the red button. Although maybe I only have small hands. 4) My baby didn't like the vibrate mode until a few weeks old. After that it was the only way I could get him to sleep I think because the mattress was very uncomfortable (it's just a thin sheet of fabric). In vibration mode it is very loud and intense, even in low mode. I was nervous about leaving it on overnight. 5) Finally, it seems poorly made. It's very wobbly and I'm afraid that one day it will fall apart. In general, this cradle is good when space is limited and your child has no problem lying flat. After several sleepless nights because my son woke up instantly every time his head hit the mattress, I bought Rock n' Play. For the first time he slept for hours. We now only use the Dream Suite as a changing table in our bedroom.
