I can't vouch for the blue light blocking benefits as they're inconsistent, but I CAN say they're quite stylish and definitely help limit the blue light spectrum (which might or might not). cannot affect sleeping habits when using screens). We have quite a large family under this roof so 4 packs means we can all try different styles and find one that works and looks good for each person. I love the black frame, my daughter loves the one with the print. I like them for what they are and would recommend this set if you want to experience the benefits of blue light blocking!
