I like how it is very simple for me as an end user who needs help with her emails (especially those that are sent from my work account).
It has helped immensely in keeping all of our messages organized so they can be easily seen by everyone involved when needed! The only thing about InBox that isn't great would have been if there was more customization available within each folder/category - but this could just mean you need some time getting used to everything before being able achieve your desired look & feel after adding new folders or categories? For now we're quite happy since its helping us organize things better than ever using one place instead of having multiple places scattered throughout various accounts which were not always accessible via mobile devices at times either. We've found ourselves spending less amount of precious minutes searching through different mailboxes looking into old conversations rather finding them right away while checking other inboxes such as WhatsApp etc..
