I've been using this headset daily for about two years. 90% of the time, I have no complaints. The headset keeps my hands free while I talk, and the sound quality is fairly good for both me and the person on the other end of the call. A few times a week, the other party will complain about low volume and/or a poor connection. When this happens, I jiggle the boom a bit and it seems to improve my output quality. Today, the headset abruptly stopped working entirely mid-call. All efforts to restore the headset have failed, so it looks like I'll be purchasing a replacement. I may get another Wantek or I may go with a competing product. My ambivalence about this is reflected in the score I gave this product.
