It's pretty easy to use and they have a great community management tool and customer service is great! The only downside is the support team doesn't always know what your next step should be and the chat is sometimes clunky. They're really trying their best here but there are still bugs that need ironing out (i'm looking at you mobile app). Namely, when someone goes into their dashboard they can't see all their past responses. Make sure you try it out by creating a test account first before committing too much time and resources developing a name. We wanted to come up with a name that was short and catchy and that reflected the nature of what we do. The best part about this program is that it's free! It has helped me come up with some really creative ideas in my own business without having any experience or knowledge at all when I started using their platform (which was very helpful).
