The first bag fell apart after a year so I spent $18 to ship it back to Anaheim and got a replacement a month later. Less than four months later, the same problem starts again. This time I figured Targus would do the honorable thing and at least pay for the return shipping since it was the bag they sent and they certainly can't expect their customers to lose about $20 on shipping every few months if these bag breaks. BUT NO. Holly Johnson from Targus Customer Service replied to my query simply: You are responsible for shipping the bag back. In other words, it's twice as expensive as buying a new bag. The fact is that this bag is rarely used. That's where I put my laptop in the morning, put it in the back seat of my car, and then take it out when I get to work. To me, given that this has happened twice, it means I'm not just unlucky. This bag sucks! and so is their customer support. Invest your money elsewhere as the guarantee is worth little as shipping to them is expensive even if it is only 4 months old.
