The bracelet came in a case with a customer service email address card and a fold out leaflet with instructions in perfect English on how to replace a stainless steel bracelet or other bracelet to a stainless steel bracelet or another Bracelet to replace a CIVO product, a changing tool and at least 2 pairs of spring pins for 24mm and another 2 for 26mm. The bracelet itself has a quality buckle, but that's where the satisfaction ends because the "real leather" of the bracelet can't be leather. It doesn't look, feel or smell like leather. It's okay that the underside of the strap is vinyl, as real leather doesn't take summer sweat very well - when soaked with sweat it has a sour smell even when dry - but I was hoping the top would be leather , as stated in Revain's description on the underside of the strap. Even at such a low price. Sad. I'll cry before I go to sleep tonight.
