So, I have an athletic size 6 (ie buttocks and toned legs, but a small waist) and a 36c/d top, 5ft 6in. I usually have to increase the size because of mine, but that wasn't the case. I ordered a large one, but it turned out to be too big and too long. Exchanged it for a medium and it's perfect. I can wear underwear underneath. The belt has a lot of adjustment latches and I can actually fit it around my waist! Pretty rare! I usually can't find anything that fits my hips and waist. Plenty of zip pockets and zip vents. But I didn't get any A's as advertised and I feel like I should get my money back (😉)
