I like that we can access Zoom from our mobile devices, which allows us to continue working outside of an office environment even if we are in remote locations.

We do not have any dislikes at this time as it is very reliable once you know how zoom works (it's intuitive). It does require some learning but has helped me solve my needs with communicating remotely without sacrificing productivity or quality of content/information received by others within teams who also use ZOOM! I like that we can call in to our Zoom calls from anywhere, which is great when you're traveling! It's easy enough anyone could use it even if they don't have any experience with video calling software or using zoom itself (which isn’t very intuitive). We've had some issues recently where people who aren't paying attention will click through screens without meaning too, but otherwise this has been pretty good so far compared other options out there such as GoToMeeting/Webex etc..
