No flickering yet. These are 120v incandescent bulbs. The extension cord is too short for most installations unless you want to light each foot. You can easily unplug the cords cut to desired length and spliced. Mine came with 3 power cords so there are enough wires and an extra power plug. The screws provided are too long for most cabinets. They used drywall anchors provided. Daylight is pretty close to a 5000K Incandescent. Cool white is more like warm white and warm white is too orange. I suppose it might be fine in an all white room. Deducted 1 star for screws and short cords.
