I bought a large in swimsuit based on reviews. However, I most definitely need a Med as the Large is way too big in bottoms & the top. I could get by with the Large in top if I’m not getting in the water as the water would loosen it even more but the bottoms fall off. Very flattering swimsuit for women who have given birth & still have a small pooch. The straps going around on the top have 3 slots to choose from to make It tighter or looser & the straps going over the shoulders are adjustable too which I LOVE. The only negative thing I can say is I thought the suit was yellow & navy based on picture but it is yellow/black. Not a huge worry but I personally would have preferred navy/yellow. Definitely worth the money & will be ordering other colors too. For comparison I wear a 34DD in bra & 3-5 in pants depending on make. I do wish you could buy the top & bottoms separately for those of us that are bigger up top & smaller on bottom but not an option & most companies on amazon do not offer that so no biggie.
