A few quickly recycled items and this bag would have been a 6 star! As such, this is a very well built bag, made from the finest materials, and has by far the best carrying construction (weight distribution) of any large frameless BP I've owned. Show jumping, 3200m running and laser target shooting, 200m freestyle swimming and a full fencing tournament. Nothing else compares to this bag in terms of spaciousness. HOWEVER (speedometer)1. Shoe bags must be completely closed. The current zippered pockets do not fit in a pair of special shoes (e.g. running, fencing, cycling, paddocks) and the mesh panels do not properly protect your "clean" clothes in the main part from dirt in the last segment. .2. The bag should be expandable with zippered sections. Not every event is a "complete" competition. You only have this feature in the wetsuit section, and if the bag is less than full because you're only attending a partial event or training day, you'll have a big, chunky, half-packed bag. Adding 1 stroke of the expanding section vertically and one in the width direction with a selection. I know it's complex technology.3. You need to add an insulated waterproof bag. Right now I have to strap my "lunch box" to the outside or put it inside with my extra clothes. The main use case for this bag is food and drink and ice packs.4. Take a cue from MOLLE gear and add more anchor/compression straps on top and sides. I now use bungee to add a rolled up yoga mat and trigger point roller for active recovery between events, and a fully loaded back compresses better.
