The best thing about swivel is that they have an all in one solution which helps us manage our entire logistics needs from supply chain management, pricing optimization & inventory control right through truck fleet tracking. There are some minor issues like data entry errors when using their mobile app but nothing major as such. I would recommend this product because we can use everything under 1 roof without having multiple systems installed separately at different locations across India or even within my own organization (which has been very difficult). We now don't need several applications running independently anymore - instead just log into Swivel's website once and you'll be good till your next upgrade! It also saves time by not needing separate staff members managing each application since these services are integrated together seamlessly via API integrations so there isn't any duplication of effort involved either. Our customers benefit too due to increased transparency throughout shipping process resulting reduced stock-outs.
