**current recall because I paid for this item** I have long, thick hair. This flat iron pulled on my hair and took several passes to get it semi-straight. I wanted to return it... only to see it's non-refundable! This flat iron sucks for thick hair. EDIT: The seller is now sending me a message asking my PayPal to 'make a refund'. The seller needs to be removed as they are scammers.
