I like that if someone doesn't want to pay, they can simply skip it. It's easy to use and really effective. The only thing I don't like about the app is that sometimes the people aren't very polite. They just stand there and stare at you or look annoyed when you try to pay them. It's not always their fault though. Sometimes the service isn't good enough. This has happened with me before and I usually end up feeling bad about it. But this app works well so it solved my problem. I've used it to get some help from people who were having problems with their computers at work. It was helpful because we didn't have to ask anyone for help. We could talk to each other via skype while waiting.
